We can provide stunning images of your project for unlimited use in building & design awards, publications, records, and marketing materials such as websites and brochures. Professional real estate images that effectively show off living spaces are essential for any property that is being advertised in such a competitive market. Photographs are provided as (low and high resolution) JPEGs for use in advertising your property. The Budget shoot can be performed at Twilight for an additional $40.
Are you a real estate agent that often suffers from writers block? Do you just want to spend more time out there selling houses rather than sitting in the office trying to think of words to 'wow' potential buyers? Then let Capture Realty do your descriptive writing for you. When we arrive at the property (or after the photo-shoot) we will inspect the property and complete a survey. We then take care of the whole copywriting process by creating three ad versions sutiable for webs sites, signs, brochures, newspapers and property magazines. Price: $90
Sometimes an exterior photo from ground level just doesn’t cut it. So we shoot hanging out of a helicopter 400ft above the ground. Aerial photography can be booked with or withouth a photography package to show off your property from a different perspective and display its proximity to schools, shopping centres, beaches, etc. Aerial photography is suitable for all property types including land, houses, apartments, commercial buildings, and residential and commercial developments.
